I truly love being a dentist, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve a healthy, confident smile. Whether it’s a small procedure or a complex treatment plan, I work closely with each patient to restore oral health and enhance their overall quality of life.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for generations of families and building meaningful relationships with my patients. I enjoy hearing their stories, celebrating their milestones, and watching their families grow. Treating everyone, from young children to great-grandparents and helping each person achieve optimal dental health is an experience I deeply value.
Dentistry is the perfect blend of science, technology, artistry, and human connection. Every patient is unique, every case requires a tailored approach, and every healthy, beautiful smile is something to celebrate.

My education didn’t stop after earning my doctorate. Dentistry is constantly evolving, and I’m committed to staying at the forefront of new techniques and technology. I’m an active member of the CEREC® Study Club, the Galileos CBCT Mentor Program, and have completed numerous Dental Spa and dental implant seminars.
At Poldek Family Dental, we combine state-of-the-art technology with compassionate, personalized care. Our office utilizes advanced tools like CAD/CAM and cone beam imaging, allowing us to deliver precise, efficient, and comfortable treatment — always with a human touch.

Beyond the Practice
I’ve lived in Schaumburg since 2003 but am originally from Ancona, a small farming community in Central Illinois. I’m an early riser and enjoy starting my day with a workout. Outside the office, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife and our two children. Our weekends are often spent cheering them on at their sporting events. Our family enjoys travelling and going to concerts all year round.
Meet Dr. Chase Small
I’m Dr. Chase Small, and I’m proud to be back where it all began, South Barrington, Illinois. I was born and raised here and attended Rose, Prairie, and Barrington High School. It means so much to return to the community that shaped me and now have the opportunity to care for the families and neighbors I grew up around.
One of the things that drew me to Poldek Family Dental is the genuine relationships Dr. Poldek and team build with every patient. My goal as your dentist is to provide compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages. I want every visit to feel comfortable and stress-free, and I strive to ensure each patient leaves feeling confident in their smile and oral health. I treat every patient like family and am dedicated to delivering the highest quality care possible.
Outside the office, you can find me spending time with my golden retriever, Bear, cheering on the Chicago Bears, working out, snowboarding, or enjoying time outdoors. I bring that same energy and enthusiasm into my practice every day.
